Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange a product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. After this period, the consumer is no longer entitled to exchange the product.
  2. The product must be in good condition and unused, and the consumer must not have derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before proceeding with the exchange to verify its condition.
  3. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs in case of an exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping expenses, including the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

Consumers are not entitled to exchange a product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured upon the consumer’s request or according to specifications provided by the consumer — unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
  2. If the product is a used video tape, CD, DVD, or software.
  3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or any other form of printed work.
  4. If the product shows defects due to misuse by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software or digital products.

Return Policy:

  1.
